VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
still awaiting arrival in Alberta. tracking still shows it as being in Chicago since Dec. 9. Almost bought it at a local record store a few days ago instead. The wait is killing me, but when it finally shows up, the whole block is going to know it!
Popshopgropp: had you received any updates on shipping or did it just show up? Are you in Ontario?
In Southeast Missouri here. USPS originally showed mine as departing Memphis on December 18th and scheduled for delivery on the 19th but there have been no tracking updates since then and all the tracking page says now is, “In Transit, Arriving Late.”
I’m waiting in Massachusetts for mine. Super excited still. I’m currently waiting on at least four or five packages at the moment. They’ll get here when they get here

In Ohio and still have not received it. The fault lies with USPS, but please stick with them. The GOP is trying to kill the post office and this is how they will do it, by making the service so bad that companies like TMR will be tempted to move to a private shipper. We must fight against that. I hoped to enjoy this package for Christmas. Then I hoped to enjoy it on NYE. Maybe I will get it by Spring, but I will not let these fuckers get me. The postal service is too important to too many people. Fuck the GOP. Fuck Amazon. Fuck Fed Ex. Thank you TMR.

Longtime Vault subscriber and of course loved this package, but I have to ask – does the vinyl sound good to you? I’m only on the first record but I was hoping for better sound. Haven’t A/B’d with the cuts from the records but it doesn’t seem to have that TMR sound, kind of over compressed maybe? Just wondering if my ears are off tonight or if they crammed in too many tracks at the expense of the sound.
Vault 46 received and…Wow…it’s a ball and a biscuit baby! Love it! Prints framed and hung, records spun…multiple times and a deeper love for Jack and Meg established…is that possible…yes, yes it is! Thanks to all those who worked their “as**” off to get it to all of fans! Happy New Year!
