VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

I really hate to complain due to the fact that the world is in a mess w Covid and all but I hate knowing that my package is still moving around state by state or just “running late” when it only has to go from TN to AL. I can drive it in 2 hours but the postal service can’t do it in two weeks? come on now, we seem to get Amazon packages on time and sometimes early. I really would like third man to reconsider going back to FedEx or UPS if this is going to continue. I will already know what vault is next and pay for it before it prob comes. USPS problems have been going on for years and not just “this administration “ as ppl like to blame. Obama had 8 years to fix it and let’s see Ol Joe do it. I’ll bet all my records that the same story’s will be posted every cycle till they switch carriers. thanks for letting me rant! Can’t wait to get it!
Everyone waiting for their package will be very happy with it when they finally get to hold all the goodies in the box. This is a very beautiful tribute to the White Stripes. The extra record (B-sides) makes it especially exciting. Hope y’all get yours soon.
I am sure the wait will be worth it, but my patience is running thin with how USPS handling our packages. Seeing comments of your packages going on ridiculous routs in order to avoid the Holiday backlog told me I wasn’t alone. I got my tracking number on 11/17, but was wrong and corrected 12/17. It was in New Jersey on 12/19 so I figured any day, but now all it says is “In Transit” for the last 10 days. I’m in New York so this should have been delivered by now. My main concern is that the package is lost so I don’t want to mess up not reporting it in time.
When will 47 be announced?

Jack, watching and waiting for my vinyl to arrive in Detroit. I still have no actual tracking info it just shows Pre shipment. Very sad our USPS is another disaster affected by this presidency. I will be glad January 20, 2021. If he doesn’t destroy the planet by then.

So many great small and big shows you gave us over the years. I have some videotape I did of the White Stripes at the DIA. Still very cool to watch and see and hear their dynamic performance and sound. Oh, The White Stripes at the Masonic in Detroit was ear and earth shattering.

Just for everyone patiently waiting, i received mine on Christmas Eve. I know it sucks but you’ll be well pleased.
Ive had to have 3 merchants refund money for 3 Christmad gifts I ordered in November that never arrived.
I vote for local pick up.
