VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

Received mine in Berlin, Germany. Beautiful package, but the sound of the vinyls are horrible. Too many tracks on each side.
18 days after shipment and with an unexpected extended tour from South Florida to Buffalo and back, Vault 46 landed today (after also mysteriously disappearing from USPS Informed Delivery radar). Packaging and extras are as clever and crafty as the songs therein!
been tracking for a bit and it has gone from Memphis to Los Angeles (where I am) to Cincinnati to Des Moines and now back to Los Angeles where it’s been sitting for a few days. Fingers crossed this package’s wandering days are over soon.

Like many, I’m still waiting for mine. I’m in Michigan. It seems the the package needs to travel the country before coming back to Michigan. This is not the only package I have moving from one USPS facility to the next and over again. Frustrating.
Same as Steve Gallup, Superb packaging as always, but the pressing is pretty sub standard (the vinyl edges are razor sharp!). I have 1st pressings on the Italy label of the 1st 2 singles and they sound way better than this. Record 3 containing the b sides seems to come off the worst, the mastering sounds like it was compressed so hard that it has become muffled through a sock. By the way, Record 1 was so warped that my tone arm had to track it like a bloodhound, causing hiss through the walls of the grooves. Otherwise, it’s a Must Have for us fans, but PLEASE make the next one worth the wedge we cough up.
Mine wasn’t accepted at the post office until 12/26 with a shipping label created 11/24. Departed Memphis 12/28. I’m in Detroit. I’ll be lucky if I see this by February.
I’m in Ky and still awaiting mine, crazy it only taken 3/4 days for most shipping crazy we are at almost a full month since I got the tracking number and still have not got my hands on the vault yet, wet from Nashville (2 hrs away from me) to Memphis to St. Louis and now just “In Transit”. hopefully it gets here soon!
