Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
I live precisely 8/10ths of a mile from the Nashville Third Man store. According to the tracking history, my Vault package was accepted in Nashville on the 26th (not the 21st), arrived in MEMPHIS later that day, and was returned to Nashville earlier today (the 28th), and has not been delivered. I understand Third Man has nothing to do with the inefficiencies inherent in our postal system that would have a package sent a few hundred miles out of the way for no discernible reason. But it’s still annoying as hell. Perhaps offering a local pickup option for Vault members in Nashville could be considered for next year?

Ive been subcribed to the vault for most of the past 3 years and this package is probably my absolute favorite. The packaging is incredible, the extras are amazing, vinyl is super clean, looks great. Heavy with deep grooves and pristine sound quality. Then theres the content in the fabulous vinyl grooves. Amazing. The 2 lps of greatest hits, couldnt have chosen a better bunch of songs to represent the entirety of the white stripes’ contributions to music. The arrangement of these tracks also couldnt have done better. Im usually a fan of chronological order with greatest hits compilations but the way these songs are arranged are perfect. Its as if they were chosen as a set list for a live performance. The album flows perfectly with all the highs and lows as far as tempo and conplete feeling to create a perfect arrangement. And the bonus albumis damn near perfect. Lots of great b sides and deep cuts, lots of stuff i hadnt heard in years and even one or two that were completely new to me. Only thing i can be negative about id id would trade the second mix of youre pretty good looking for the live cut of boll weevil from nova scotian lights. I fucking love the white stripes, thank you guys for this beautiful tribute to one of the greatest musical entities of all time.

USPS must be all out of whack due to Xmas. I live in Nash and I just got my first shipping update that it went from Nashville to Greenville, NC. Just want to provide context if anyone else is experiencing shipping issues. I’m totally cool with my package showing up late, as long as it arrives in good condition.
