VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
I’m looking at all of your social media posts and I’m so envious that y’all got a peppermint “sent with love” white stripes cardboard piece! I guess they ran out before getting to the A names. ? that would have been a fun little novel keepsake. I love the rob jones pieces! was surprised I didn’t get the slip of paper that details the package ??♀️ must have run out of those too. any other start-of-alphabet folks miss out?
My Package’s arrived in marseille (France) on monday 04/01/21 in perfect condition after a long travel throught the United States an Europe :

My package started in Nashville on December 18, last status update was December 26 in San Francisco. I live in Virginia….. Apparently the USPS is using the Pony Express again.
I am in Detroit. The tracking states that a label was created on November 18th and I still don’t have it. On 01/01/21 it shows it arriving in Detroit. For five days there was no updates to the tracking. Now it says it is in Lansing? They would have had to drive past me to get to Lansing? WTH This is crazy!! Weren’t the vault packages shipped FedEx in the past? Am I wrong or right? I am going to have to reconsider my membership if they keep using USPS Media Mail. Why pay for a premium package and have it delivered damn near via mule??
David….I have dealt with tmr customer service and they are the best. No need to panic yet. I’m sure our packages will get here. TMR will always do the right thing if it isn’t. Not blowing smoke up their ass, just know from my experiences.
15 days to travel 1 state down or a 2 1/2 hour drive???

mine is still missing and TMR told me to just be patient and all after two emails to them. postal Service tracking just says running late. TMR said all vaults have been shipped from TN and I’m in Alabama. At what point do we chalk it up to lost and request a replacement ???
M in Missouri here. USPS tracking originally claimed that my order would be delivered on December 19th only to have it make it to Memphis and have the status updated to “In Transit, Arriving Late,” until this past Sunday when it made it St. Louis and it finally made it down here to The Bootheel yesterday evening!
John Cavanagh – Yep, same here with the sharp edges and warped disc one. The Vault is one of my fave things ever – I hope they aren’t starting to cut corners with the vinyl. I’ve had the chance to listen again and the sound is definitely inferior – not up to Jack White TMR standards. Bummer. Even LoFi sounds better in HiFi! Guess I’ll try listening on Tidal.
