We have completed shipping for Vault package #46! Tag us in your social media posts and unboxing videos with hashtag #thirdmanvault.

If you have received your package and noticed any damages, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at vault@thirdmanrecords.com and we will review and address these issues in chronological order. Please read our Return/Exchange policy below for further details. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will respond to every request as quickly as possible. Please do not send multiple emails as this will create separate customer service tickets, which causes confusion and delays the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. Thanks for understanding!

VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.

If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

Being charged for 47 and I still don’t have 46?
Had I known it would never arrive I would have picked up the non-vault version before they sold out at the local shop.
This could be the end of my subscription.

I’m thrilled to say that I’m one of the lucky ones who has received #46, loving all of it sooooo much. I have since though been told that I’ve ordered #47. I never cancel my subscriptions, love everything I get, just wondering what it will be? Anyone know??

I live in Westland Michigan (30 minutes west of Detroit). I still haven’t received my package yet. However I did receive a text to my phone stating that a different vault package had been delivered to its destination in Grosse Point Michigan. If your tracking number is 9449011200986891615702 it states your package was delivered. I am assuming the text was accidentally sent to me as I am tracking my package with text updates from USPS. I hope it is accurate, enjoy!

Still haven’t gotten mine in New York. I knew it was gonna take a while with my first name starting with A but man, this is rough. Hella jealous of everyone who got theirs already cause it looks like such a great package.

I always dress my children in either TMR apparel or The White Stripes colors/apparel for Vault delivery day. It’s been 2 weeks of red/white/black clothes for the kiddos now (worked perfectly for Christmas). Still haven’t received my Vault package but was relieved to see someone else from Michigan hadn’t gotten theirs yet either so, it’s just a USPS issue most likely. Obviously, it hasn’t negatively affected my life to wait. There’s no one to be upset at…Covid made the holidays something that the USPS has never experienced in their workers’ lifetime before. I get to experience the excitement and thrill of thinking my package will be delivered today (bc the tracking has told me “your package will be delivered today before 9:00 pm” 6 times now) over and over again. Not disappointed though…in life there are things beyond your control that can shatter you…if you let waiting for the vault package to be worth upsetting you, then feel extremely blessed for not ever experiencing real suffering.
