We have completed shipping for Vault package #46! Tag us in your social media posts and unboxing videos with hashtag #thirdmanvault.

If you have received your package and noticed any damages, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at vault@thirdmanrecords.com and we will review and address these issues in chronological order. Please read our Return/Exchange policy below for further details. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will respond to every request as quickly as possible. Please do not send multiple emails as this will create separate customer service tickets, which causes confusion and delays the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. Thanks for understanding!

VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.

If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

as usually they were gonna send me a backup out since mine hasn’t moved. oh damn. now it did move to Atlanta this morn but hasn’t moved since. if it isn’t here and perfect by end of week that’s my last vault. you can buy on eBay and at least it will be shipped in time. I know I sound like an ass but come on. I’ve mailed things last week to further place and already got there. I’m 2 hours away!

My Vault arrived last Friday in Greece.

Has anyone else noticed that discs 2 and 3 say, “Asides from that and Besides this,” and not, “Aside from that and Besides this,” like it’s labeled on disc 1 and the gatefold. Is this intentional orrrrr?

I appreciate everyone’s frustration, I shared it, but please remember this is not a TMR problem. It is a USPS problem that is the result of the Republican efforts to destroy the USPS in order to suppress the vote. Lay the blame where it belongs.

Finally came today. There had been no updates from USPS since Dec 29. I filed an inquiry with USPS yesterday, and Lo and Behold, it arrived today. Reach out. It may have been coincidence. It may not have been.

Long time Vault member, and here I still sit waiting for #46 (I’m an M in Massachusetts). To add insult to injury, recently was charged for 47 and no idea what it’ll be. You can’t blame COVID and USPS on not announcing what 47 is before charging me. As with others, this could be the end of my subscription.

I’m an M in Mississippi. My package was last seen in Memphis on December 14th and hasn’t updated since.

I don’t mind waiting, But I know I’d feel better about everything if Third Man officially addressed the situation and came out with a revised “Missing/Stolen package Policy” because they aren’t following the current policy, Or a “if you haven’t received your package by this date please contact us.”

I’ve been a vault member for almost 9 years, so I’m confident in Third Man but I think what I stated above would be more helpful than the customer service reply of “We’ve shipped all the packages, but here’s a link to an article about USPS covid delays”

Not trying to ruffle feathers, just bringing my opinion to the table. ?
