VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
Thanks for reaching out to TMR on the download, @Nigel. Disappointed that there are no plans to include a digital code for subscribers. Hopefully, TMR reconsiders their position on this – especially since many of us won’t receive the album until after the release date.
And for anyone wondering about a digital download code, this is TMR’s reply to my emailed enquiry
‘Thank you for your message. Digital downloads were not included with “Boarding House Reach”, however the album will be available across all major streaming platforms starting tomorrow, March 23 2018. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.’

If anyone complains about the quality of these vault packages I can’t imagine they’re ever happy with any product they recieved you will not find this quality and service for 60 $ anywhere else
I think that it safe to assume that nobody….nobody…nobody received a plain (plane?) black vinyl album…..it was clearly outlined in the initial description that the album coloring revealed itself when held up to a light….behind it….
Stop already with the “I got a black album” nonsense…you didn’t no matter how many times you say it…

For everyone complaining about the colour of the record, look at the description of the vault package contents. It was clearly stated that the vinyl appears black until backlit. They even showed this in pictures.
Try holding it up to sunlight. Very blue.
