VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
Just got my Vault #35 and I really like it. It was my first subscription and I’m very pleased. Love the challenge coin. Can’t wait to go to the Nashville store so I can throw it down! One minor request… can you please send everyone that got the Boarding House Reach album in the vault package a download code? I got a download code when I bought Lazaretto and it was much appreciated. I plan to listen to the vinyl album when I’m home, but would like to be able to have a digital copy on my phone for when I’m away from home, in the car, riding my bike, at the computer, etc. If I’d bought the CD, this wouldn’t be an issue, but I wanted the vault package. I shouldn’t be punished for buying a deluxe version. /endrant

Got the Mail with tracking Info 2 days ago and it was delivered in France today. But i live in Germany. Luckily mine arrived today too.
I think something goes wrong, but doesn’t matter. Great work Third Man!

@Robert you have to order the vault as late as possible. I have ordered around the 25th, and then it will be renewed. Announcement is at the beginning of the month.
Anyone still not received tracking info?
@Ramunas Klimavicius – The renewal happens before the content of the vault is made known. I believe the default account setting is to automatically renews. What many do is turn off auto renew. Then wait and see what the next vault includes and if they like it rejoin.

Received my copy to Lithuania yay. Honest question – will our subscription now automatically carry over to next one? Because I would like to learn what is in the next vault package before commiting money to it. Thanks.
