VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
I’m also disappointed in the colour of the vinyl. Since my turntable is black even shining a bright light on the record it still appears black. The coin also has trouble spinning constantly on my turntable and I’m worried it’d actually damage the inner circumference of the single. It was my first vault package and I’m not sure I’d join again.

I want to say to everyone complaining about the color…. It was very clear that it was black unless backlit. It’s such a unique artistic idea. The blue swirls only revealed by l8ght signifies the inner mystery that artists seek to express. There is deep meaning in it. It’s not a normal colored vinyl because this isn’t a normal record. Colored vinyl at face value is worthless. Very bad, cheap records can be found on colored vinyl.
It is art and this vault package is an excellent attempt at conveying the essence of this record and music as a strange sacred mystery.

Is there any way to get a mp3 download of this album as a vault member? There isn’t one coming with the LP.
I’m sure this won’t be popular but I’m disappointed with this package. It’s released tomorrow so not early. Black vinyl. So basically I’ve paid £45 extra for a hologram and some pictures. This is the first time I’ve considered cancelling my Vault subscription actually.
Edit: I quickly opened it this morning and the vinyl looked black, if it’s really dark blue then it’s not obvious.
i have been sent a plain black vinyl in uk not the ltd one not happy
(UK) A bit disappointed with the colour of the vinyl, can only see the blue when holding it up to a light bulb, and even then its very dark, doesn’t look like the pictures in the assembly post.
Expedited this to be a similar colour to the blue acoustic vinyl.
