I received my vault package #22 yesterday and my box usb stick and some slaves are damaged.

I had the parcel force thing too. But like yourself not this form. It’s a hassle to fill in. Shall contact TMR about it as with the Parcel Force fiasco, they gave me discount, that is useless when you live here. Let me know if you get any progress.

Hello Charlotte,
A similar thing happened to me before but normally i just pay parcel force customs charges (not that i’m happy doing that) but this time i have forms to fill out print and attach receipts and return. Then i will find out my costs for them to release it.
Its just a hassle and very expensive!
Have you contacted TMR customer services?

Am having the same prob. UK Border Force are holding mine at ransom! Like a previous Vault package I had and had to pay £20 to get it! Not happy. : (

UK Border Force have my vault package!
I have to fill in various documents inc. proof of purchase and return it then pay additional costs to receive it GUTTED BEYOND BELIEF.

I received my vault package #22 and one of the records is not round – the blue one – it is sort of oval and won’t play properly on my record player! Anyone else had this problem?

@Tijmen Helder – My box was also damaged. I emailed TMR about it with a few photos and they got back to me yesterday. No issues at all and they are sending out a replacement today! Top notch customer service!

Received mine just today, the contents are really awesome! lots of stuff, the Bonnaroo concert is great. The box unfortunately is heavily damaged.
