When will my order be delivered?
Orders can take up to a week to process before being shipped out, but normally shipments will go out within 3 business days. Please follow your tracking information for updates on delivery.
Preorder products and any items included in the same order will ship on the release date of the preorder.
We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after the tracking information has been updated to "Delivered"
Why is my shipping method not available?
If you receive a prompt at checkout stating “shipping method unavailable”, it is most likely due to an item in your cart that cannot be shipped to the country in which you live. Please contact cs@thirdmanrecords.com and we'd be happy to verify!
Can I change my shipping address?
In most instances, if you contact us within 24 hours we are able to update your shipping address.
Can you ship internationally?
International shipping varies by product. Please check the product page to see if items ship to your country.
What are your shipping prices?
Our shipping prices are live rates calculated directly from the shipping carriers.
Domestic orders over $99 qualify for free shipping (exclusions listed on product pages).
International orders over $499 qualify for free shipping (exclusions listed on product pages).
What shipping methods do you use?
For orders within the US/Canada, your package will ship either USPS or FedEx. International packages will be shipped via APC (a USPS certified shipping service).
Will my international order be charged customs fees?
Certain countries charge additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. Third Man Records is unable to anticipate these costs and will not reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect.
Can you mark international packages as a gift to avoid customs charges?
No.
