ARE ALL SALES FINAL?

Yes. Excluding unworn, unwashed apparel. Please note, Third Man will not accept returns or exchanges based solely on aesthetic reasons, but will happily replace your record if there is any discernible issue with audio quality.

CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE APPAREL?

Unworn Third Man Records apparel may be returned for store credit for the cost of the product within 30 days of purchase. Please send returns to Third Man Records ATTN: Returns 621 7th Ave S. Nashville TN 37203. From here, please contact sales@thirdmanrecords.com for access to your store credit for the cost of the product!

CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE APPAREL FROM JACK WHITE AFFILIATED MERCHANDISE WEBSITES?

All inquiries regarding purchases via The Jack White, The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, and The Dead Weather merchandise websites must be directed to the respective customer service contacts for those websites. We can not process any returns or exchanges for separate merchandise websites.

International Refunds

Third Man Records is not responsible for any monetary differences in exchange rates that may be present at the time of a refund request.

CAN YOU REPLACE A DEFECTIVE TURNTABLE?

Yes! We provide a 90 day warranty on all our turntables purchased directly through Third Man Records unless otherwise noted.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.

If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact sales@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information will not be honored.

I HAVE A WRONG OR MISSING ITEM IN MY ORDER.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to ship out your missing item.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE.

Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order with a video and/or pictures of the damage.You will then have 14 business days to return your package. After 14 days, we can no longer accept the return/exchange and the label will expire.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE A RETURN?

All service tickets will be valid for up to 30 days from first correspondence. If your issue has not been resolved within 30 days because of a lack of communication or failure to send in returns, we are no longer responsible.
