My package in Mexico arrived to the country mid December and got stuck. I filled a claim last Friday and it was finally processed by the mexican postal service and began transit to me on Monday :) The wait is almost over.

I’ve emailed them twice about my package missing a USB. The 1st time I received what looked like an automated message that my request was being processed (that was about three weeks ago). Haven’t heard anything from them after my 2nd e-mail (sent it about a week ago).

I’m sure they’ll get to it eventually. It was still an awesome vault package.

Funny how a few people on here are mentioning no response from TMR, I emailed them 5 days ago got a reply about reviewing my question and nothing since. Wonder what’s going on?

@Lou I had emailed them some time back when the tracking was stuck. Now the package is moving and on it’s way but they never did reply. I guess you could try calling them up if it’s been too long

Got my package yesterday and it’s awesome. First I couldn’t find the USB drive but it was hidden under the bottom of the box (where the DVD is). Phew! Can’t wait for Vault PKG #23!

I received my Vault 22 Package just before Christmas and it was missing the TV/USB and the patch. I’ve emailed vault@TMR twice and have not received a response. Anyone else?

Same here David. Shame we cannot find a work-around for it. I read the stuff on the HMRC website and it looks like they are screwing every penny from the public that they can (if you received a gift from family valued at over £36 you are liable to pay import VAT?!)
I am receiving the package on Tuesday. I am doing some serious thinking about staying as a subscriber. A crying shame really – though I may have to hold on until after Vault Package #23.

David (and any other UK members for that matter!) If dealing with Border Force fax your documents to 02476 212812 (if the package is at the Coventry hub) rather than post them – they can be telephoned on 02476 212800 if you need to speak to them.

I haven’t returned my documents to Border Force yet as i was waiting to hear from TMR.
I think you’ve answered my questions. I was worried about how much customs would charge me as i’m showing i paid $80 and not the package stated $20.
An extra £22.81 bumps the vault package upto approx £70. Way too much i’m afraid. Like you i may opt to unsubscribe for future packages. The last two packages i’ve paid these extra costs. I don’t blame TMR just gutted its turned out this way.

I got a letter from HMRC before Christmas – faxed them my documents and today received a letter from Parcelforce. Yup. I owe them £22.81 for the package. Three guesses what HMRC stands for? Her Majesty’s Robbing C***s. Still I will pay the fees as Third Man Records would not refund me (and nor should they) should I tell Parcelforce to return the package. This makes me reconsider further Vault subscriptions. The fees are very prohibitive for UK fans.
