After a very busy period here at Third Man headquarters, we are finally done shipping all the Lazaretto Vault packages. If you still have not received a tracking number for your package #20 (and signed up as a Platinum member before April 30), please let us know right away at vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Also, to reiterate from the last posting, we now will begin processing exchange and replacement requests that have been sent over the past few weeks. Although we usually accept exchange and replacement requests only up to 14 days after packages are received, we will allow for a longer grace period this quarter, lasting up through today for domestic members. We appreciate your patience very much and remind you to keep your eyes peeled for the next Vault package announcement shortly!
I’m in the UK and I called Parcel Force and they told me it’s still being held in customs, they keep telling me I will receive a letter soon so I can pay but nothing yet. It’s been in customs since 04/07 I’m going to call again Mon and complain if I haven’t had my letter. I’ve waited so damn long!
no sign of vault package 20, all it says on USPS is The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on June 26, 2014 to expect your package for mailing. Then….nothing. I’ve emailed TMR, but USPS can only deal with domestic enquiries. So am I being too impatient? TBH the lack of info, the "clerical error£ and two subscriptions while so far receiving a big fat nothing has made me feel like a complete mug.

I’v esend four emails now without any response.Three with attached pictures of scratched lp and dog ear in poster.One email without attachment,so it can’t be in th espam mail.I’m very disappointed about the customer service this time.It’s now nearly two weeks ago since i sent the first email.What’s going on????
Still waiting on a response to my emails, I feel that they seem to be ignoring me. Has anyone else had a response about the customs on the UK vault package?

This package is incredible!!! It’s the best!!!! Thanks guys at TMR, just one thing I’ve tried the hidden tracks and all that happens is the neddle slips off to the middle, I think it might be my record player as I have an Ion portable record player, anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong or anything like that?
Anyone else having difficulty with the hologram on the coloured vinyl? I tried a spotlight like it suggests and various viewing angles but no joy. Am I missing something obvious here?
I’m still waiting, mine has been at UK customs clearance since 4th July and no way on USPS to register a non US domestic complaint. It doesn’t figure in Maslow’s hierarchy so I guess more patience is needed. Really looking forward to it though.
