After a very busy period here at Third Man headquarters, we are finally done shipping all the Lazaretto Vault packages. If you still have not received a tracking number for your package #20 (and signed up as a Platinum member before April 30), please let us know right away at vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Also, to reiterate from the last posting, we now will begin processing exchange and replacement requests that have been sent over the past few weeks. Although we usually accept exchange and replacement requests only up to 14 days after packages are received, we will allow for a longer grace period this quarter, lasting up through today for domestic members. We appreciate your patience very much and remind you to keep your eyes peeled for the next Vault package announcement shortly!

Never had to pay on a Vault either, not heard from any UKers but know some of our European cousins have been hit with customs charges.
@David @Jas Although I guess it’s reasonable to think it’s different from country to country, I’ve never had to pay any extra customs charges for my Vault shipments into Canada. I have for normal TMR store orders, but never for a Vault package.
Hope you’re right @Jas Dadry. Mines is at the same status but fully expecting an invoice from Parcel Force tomorrow. 20ish quid later hope to have my package by the end of the week.
My status has also changed to ‘Customs Clearance’ so hopefully no additional charges @David Thompson fingers crossed we all receive our packages tomorrow!
Looks as though us UK members will need to pay customs charges on this one. mean us UK lot will be paying 2x as much as our US counterparts :( and a month late into the bargain :(
@Jas Dadry – my status has now changed to customs clearing process complete, but yes, it has been at customs since 4 July. Hoping that it might arrive by Wednesday. Sometimes delivery is really fast and others, like this one, are really slow. It left TMR on 26 June and took six days to reach Miami!
Maybe it’s all a fiendish plot to build anticipation.

Got my email I’m in the UK but my status says it’s still in UK customs, been there since the 4/07 anyone else in the UK experiencing this issue???
THX TMR I really appreciate the demo of two songs recorded in Mexico! TOP TOP TOP! Great to have accoustic versions! The book is really nice, great to see the partitions hand-written! And the colorful vinyl’s so beautiful…I think the colors bring to the vinyl a dimension more artistic! I love when mediums encounter. Exciting !!!
