If you have received your package and noticed any damages, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at vault@thirdmanrecords.com and we will review and address these issues in chronological order. Please read our Return/Exchange policy below for further details. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will respond to every request as quickly as possible. Please do not send multiple emails as this will create separate customer service tickets, which causes confusion and delays the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
Anyone else have serious skipping on the title track (02)? Mine’s unplayable, but (so far) just that track.

Big thank you to the always fantastic TMR customer service! I thought I was going to be left out of this one because of some technical issues with my last minute re-sign-up for this one. I certainly wouldve understood if it didnt work out but they came through and mine is shipping today. Can’t wait.

First! Fed Ex said delivery was the 19th then changed to the 24th! Well FedEx truck came and gone!NO PACKAGE FedEx Sucks!!!! Why do you use them now? My package always got here in 3 or 4 days with USPS
@JeffVoltage3 I was thinking the exact same thing! The lenticular cover of my copy of GBMS seems to be adhered a lot better than the HUS one.
