Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

I got my Vault Friday! I LOVE it! This is such a wonderfully made album. ?
I notice the volume seems low. I had to really crank it it to get it loud enough.
Love it, though the inclusion of a digital code would have been nice
Kind of ruins it if you pull over the cover, I started to then stopped. Was wondering why the cover was sideways..
This definitely played better after I cleaned it. The curse of super Fresh Vinyl. I was scared about this, as I was not a fan of the last JW record….but it blew me away. Such a solid album and a cool package. Thank you TMR. My only disappointment is that I wish the album included a download code.
might be some manufacturing dust; these get made and shipped really quickly. try giving it a nice spa treatment and play it again. mine sounds pretty darn good and no skips.
@heavylight I did notice a bit of cracking on the Green vinyl. I had played the White vinyl first and could definitely notice a difference
Anyone still not receive a tracking number?
So it seems that something in the marbled vinyl – the black veins, or perhaps whatever metallic material they used – caused skipping on the first couple plays on track 02. It was skipping on the first play, really skipping on the second, and now not at all on the third. Whatever it was must’ve been small, and got ‘knocked down’ by the stylus those first two plays.
