Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

@James Bendig I watched Amazing Race too! When I saw they were going to Detroit I thought to myself, “Hey wouldn’t it be cool if….” and then my mind was blown when they actually did wind up at TMR. Totally awesome! I would love an Amazing Race bi-color too!!! : )
As usual I enjoyed the vault package. the album is great, It lived up to my fairly high expectations. I also really dig the 45’’ with a demo version on Somedays (I don’t Feel Like trying) which is one of my favorite songs on the new record. The only thing that really bums me out was that the album artwork was sideways and to get to the the super cool cover art under the holographic one. you essentially have to butcher it… no pun intended. I took time to be a surgical as possible, applied some mild heat hoping to loosen the bond of the glue but it ended up turning out just like any of the pictures I’ve seen every were else online, with 4 big " White Stripes" down the cover. I don’t know if there are any leftover unglued covers around but I would gladly buy one.
Love it, but mine had considerable crackle. Used my anti-static stuff. Will play a few more times to see if it makes a difference.

Anybody catch the final episode of The Amazing Race last night? They were in Detroit and went to TMR and pressed bi-color vinyls…way cool!(I want one!!!) And then went to a park and set up a drum kit while 20-30 people played “Seven Nation Army”. It was awesome…check it out if you have time. Does TMR have a fowling team? I realize this has nothing to do with Racs release….
