Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

I was so happy to receive mine here in the UK on release day. The vinyl quality is superb and the album is simply one of the best rock albums I’ve heard in years. Obviously it will need some time to “bed in” but this could be their best yet! Please don’t leave it another 11 years eh guys?

Scorching great record and I love the presentation however, no download code??? Very disappointed with that aspect.

Ok Jack Black was so right , this album is a scorcher, a real barn burner or whatever he said in that video! Loved it from the first song to the last, and then wanted to play it again. And there is artwork of some kind under the lenticular cover, I gently pulled back it a few spots and could see it, but didn’t want to take the whole cover off for fear of ripping it up! I’m sure an image of it probably will appear online soon enough. Either yesterday or today. ;)
Just got my package, yipeeee!! Will give it a full listen tonight when I have the time to really enjoy. The only disappointment is that there’s no download code. I’ve noticed the last few new releases do not have them…why??? I get you want us to stream but here in Canada where cell phone data rates are super expensive and limited it’s just not an option for music on the go. With Boarding House Reach I was at least able to get the CD with my concert tickets but I’m away when the Rancontuears hit the town any where near home so it’s already killing me that I can’t go ?. Pleeeeeaaaaaase take pitty on Vault members and issue us a download code for such things!
