VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

y’all crack me up ? i was so sad about missing the colbert shenanigans, but my fancy sister is going to dvr them for me so i can watch them when i stay with her boys this weekend ? if my vault arrives after i leave, mi vecino is going to grab it and keep it safe for me until I get back from being the kickassiest auntie in the west ? maybe it means i’ll be a day or two or three behind, but the magic will still be there when i get to it ? be happy, and remember that good things come to those who wait ? disappointment and anger are just wasted energy ?
The reason you’re record hasn’t shipped yet is because you are lucky! They are holding onto your record with a few select other Vault members. Whoever complains with the most earnest will receive special test pressings of this record. This is a VERY secret contest that only Third Man Records could pull off. Good luck and get to whining! It just might pay off.

I think as members of the vault that we should get the release at least a day or two early, not the same day as everyone else.
YEAH! Can’t wait to get my hands on it! Paris show was amazing and I already love the new songs. Plus it shoulg arrive ust on time for my tracking info says it’s on its way and delivery is expected tomorrow. So happy!
Originally said expected delivery Wed 6/19, now says pending and label created. No chance this makes it by release day. Pretty bummed about that to be honest. My Sleep Vault took over 30 days to go from label created to shipped, so I’m not expecting this very soon.
@belo, I am patient! I just (unfortunately) couldn’t get my address changed in time, so their poor tracking system is the making it hard to know when to try and get my package at my last address and hope that it isn’t stolen (or on the wrong doorstep).
My tracking now shows delivery Friday which looks accurate given where it is in the country right now.
I’ve had many vault packages and I can say the shipping confirmation can sometimes be unreliable. I always sign up for alerts when I receive my shipping number. I’ve experienced receiving the package when the status is “Label created”. I’ve had no notifications and then all of a sudden it will say “arriving today”, and sometimes it’s up to date and notifies me it’s been shipped and will arrive in a few a days. Just be patient. the best you can do to prepare is sign up for alerts when you receive you shipping confirmation number and just wait to be notified.
