Please read our Return/Exchange policy below for further details. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will respond to every request as quickly as possible. Please do not send multiple emails as this will create separate customer service tickets, which causes confusion and delays the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

I cannot believe I just got my vault package today. I didn’t even expect it yet. You know, A-Z , Z- A, middle of the alphabet in reverse, every other letter. I was stoked. Apparently the order that they chose this time was those that didn’t whine like a lil bitch get there’s first. Makes sense. I mean , what are you gonna do when you have to deal with real life disappointments and setbacks if you go in a tizzy over whether or not Third Man is notifying you at just the right time? They even added some bonus items not pictured. Some green Raconteurs erasers for school, a can of green slime with little plastic figures in the slime of Jack and the boys and some special Raconteurs chewing gum sticks with the green arrow on it. Only problem is my dog Howlin Wolf, got into the gum. I was worried sick till he started blowing bubbles. He’d never done that before when he chewed gum and now he’s an overnight sensation on YouTube. With over 3 million hits and some money coming in from it, we’ve been able to build a ramp for grandma. No, not for her wheelchair. She doesn’t need one yet. She rides dirt bike and has been itching to jump the pond for some time now. This dream of hers will become a reality very soon. Thank you Third Man. ?

@zachary, My tracking only just now updated about an hour ago. It indicates that it made it to the Nashville sorting facility at 7:50pm. Estimated arrival is still today which is obviously incorrect. I wish Fed Ex’s tracking wasn’t such trash. It’s so baffling that they can’t keep up with UPS or the USPS.
My tracking estimates that I’ll get it today also. But the tracking history shows that it hasn’t even been shipped. It only shows when the lable was created but nothing else. I haven’t received anything today.
Did anybody with tracking showing estimated delivery today get any updates or deliveries? I am at work and my package is going to my old address. Need to know if I have to run by that address tonight or not. Estimated today but no status updates on the tracking…
