If you have received your package and noticed any damages, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at vault@thirdmanrecords.com and we will review and address these issues in chronological order. Please read our Return/Exchange policy below for further details. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will respond to every request as quickly as possible. Please do not send multiple emails as this will create separate customer service tickets, which causes confusion and delays the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
Wish I could hear it for the first time on vinyl. Haven’t even gotten a tracking number yet so I’m sure it won’t be here in time. Shame to subscribe to vault and have to listen on streaming to hear it.
so…. I bought this album 3 times and I don’t regret it
Can’t wait!! Mine is scheduled for delivery Monday, but I’m hoping it gets here Friday. I really wanted to hear the album for the first time on vinyl, but I won’t be able to resist streaming it if the Vault package doesn’t get here Friday. I’m also still really really wishing Vault packages would include downloads.

I’ve been waiting over a decade for a new Racs record and to see them live – both happening this year! And this is my first vault package. I am so pumped!
