If you have received your package and noticed any damages, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at vault@thirdmanrecords.com and we will review and address these issues in chronological order. Please read our Return/Exchange policy below for further details. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will respond to every request as quickly as possible. Please do not send multiple emails as this will create separate customer service tickets, which causes confusion and delays the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

I’ve been fighting the urge to listen to the album on spotify since midnight. My vault package should be here today, and I’m picking up the white vinyl from my local record store on my way home from work. The anticipation of laying this down on my turntable has been the only thing getting me through the week.

Haven’t received mine yet but I should have it by this evening. Does anyone know who did the cover artwork, or who was the visual concept artist for all the album related swag?
seriously, these 4+1 men are going to get me through the summer. i am so grateful. this music materialized on this planet at precisely the right moment in time. i need to find some humans to geek out with. repeatedly posting on here is not normal human behavior. ? glad we’re all experiencing this together, though apart. love you, fellow vaulters! ???
@jeff – might just be a scheduling thing with Conan. like, he’s on hiatus right now and not taping shows again for a while. jack and meg are the theme song for his podcast. hopefully jack will be a guest on there sometime!
