Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. There you go. Whining about the whiners. Which is worse? Which came first? Btw, did I tell you that not only did my three black, white & blue records come in pristine condition, there also was a fourth deep yellow mystery record. No label or information as to its contents. When I listened to it I was transported to another dimension where people communicated through a series of tones not heard with the human ears. I could go into this deeper, but fear you could not handle this interdimensional reality. And don’t ever forget. We live in a Third Man Nation.

I never had tracking beyond the initial email on sep 20. I just backed in my driveway Thursday or Friday and there it was, sitting on my front porch along with my Death Wish coffee mug. I couldn’t believe it. I fell to my knees, my eyes welling up with tears, and as I looked up I saw a black Tesla speed by my house…Iggy blaring out the window. I’m serious guys, Jack White personally delivered my freaking Third Man vault package #37
Man there’s a lot of whining going on here. If I know ThirdMan Records like I think I do I’m more than sure they’re going to make it up to everyone so people please, stop all the whining. And D out in CA I’m still waiting on mine, but I’m also not going to complain about the wait, I know it’s going to come
For the other person here who wrote they hadn’t received tracking info: I sent an e-mail. They replied and I now have a tracking number! Yay! (I thought I would have to wait until Oct 8th).
The Nashville records in mine are perfect, but unfortunately the Cass show is a bit warped and pressed off center. The sound noticeably wavers towards the inside of the record. It’s a shame because it’s the one I cared about most having been there.
Maybe go back to the old pressing plant.
