Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. I was so looking forward to this vault package but now with all these issues with the quality , I’m actually nervous to receive it.
Got mine yesterday. Got the correct records and have listened to them all. They all sound good. Cass Corridor one had the slightest warp/dishing, but otherwise all three all good. The rest of the contents showed up in good condition, minus a slight crease on the corner of one of the photos. That said, some additional packaging inside the mailer for protection would have been nice. Anyway, carry on and I hope that those of you that are having issues get those resolved quickly!
Received my shipping notice on September 20th. As of today, the 28th, still says that my label has been created and that my scheduled delivery is pending. By buddy’s first name starts with M and mine is J. He has had his since Tuesday!!
Unfortunately mine are warped as well. Sadly not that unusual when buying vinyl these days. The first two records aren’t too bad when clamped but the third is giving my tonearm a real workout. No skips or pops though. A bit of surface noise at the end of both sides on the first disc.
I’ll drop TMR an email once they’ve finished shipping.
Sound quality is best on the second record, the others sound a bit bootleggy, understandable considering the venues but the material deserves better.
Mine are warped too. I can’t even play them.
I just really got to look at mine finally and all 3 records are very warped just like others have mentioned. I’ll have to email and see if I can get replacement discs.
That is one big flag!
Nick and Shane, my sleeves fit fine. In fact, I was able to put MoFi sleeves in the printed sleeves and still get them in the jacket. Snug, but they fit.
Yeah, mine are all warped, discs 2 and 3 enough to cause audible ‘thuds’ on the peaks. I was not at all surprised when I picked it up from the PO knowing there was a folded flag inside such a tight mailer. I’ve emailed videos and will wait for the always-great customer service.
