Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Zacatecas, Mexico here, just got my beautiful vault package, slightly warped albums but still playable. I mean, they just went trough 2 national postal services, including México´s, so I´m satisfied and happy. Some of the warps affects the beggining of the experience in the white album, but to me, that´s just a sign of what it took to get to MEXICO. Pretty rare to get this stuff where I live, so warps and all, I´m super happy, just blasting those babies out of my speakers and feeling all those live vibes in my living room. Did I mention im ecstatic about receiving my vault package? haha
Also really sad to see how many people are abusing this privilege by immediately putting theirs up for sale. I actually saw one person comment that they had “several” ordered while complaining about the quality. I hope thirdman eliminates all of these accounts. Perhaps that makes things better for the rest of us. My understanding is that once caught trying to sell vault pieces you are banned.

Sounds great by the way. People who said it sounded too “bootleg” have not heard a true bootleg album. This is a pretty good live recording. An equalizer helps get the desired sound if too heavy in certain frequencies. Stick with studio albums if you dislike this so called “bootleg” version.
Still haven’t received my package has anyone in the Midwest received their’s?
I received package and will say, so far at least, everything appears fine. I will say that Fedex mishandling the packages may have resulted in some of the warping. My package was simply placed next to the mailbox (in the blazing sun.) If I hadn’t left work early to check it out who knows how bad the sun would have damaged these precious albumx. Let’s not be quick to blame thirdman when it is possibly the courier
How could they ship out replacement disc before everyone has gotten their packages? What is going on with this VAULT? slowest shipping I have seen, H with still no update
Sent videos of my warped records and am getting replacement discs shipped out already. Top notch customer service.
