Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. @Avatar. I agree! Whining is the American way. And whining has gotten a lot of good stuff to come out of it by doing so. But let’s look who we’re whining towards and what we’re whining about. Im willing to bet TMR has a team of less than 60 people (liberal guess) that’s working towards shipping out thousands upon thousands of record packages and trying to do so without error. Small team with a big task, still attainable, but Im sure for the amount of people they got working on these things its gotta be kind of remarkable to accomplish what these guys do. Not to mention how cool it is what they’re doing but then being kind of bummed out all their hard work will end up in hands that probably never deserved them in the first place? ??♂️
Still pending for me too. I actually have moved and the seventh is the last day I will have a key to that place. Come on Fedex!!!!

Hey I know this is small stuff insignificant but just think about if there was no whining and complaining about civil rights women’s rights workers rights whining is the American way like it or not and I think we have to do a lot more of it right now and why would a company not want to know that something went wrong so they can fix it I would think they would welcome it
Super happy with the Vault packages. I just went to the track my package email and it looks like it is still pending shipment but says the label was created in mid September. Anxiously awaiting arrival. Thanks everyone at Third Man. Looks like not all shipping has occurred as of October 1.
I still haven’t received a satisfactory explanation about why my Vault package arrived SOONER than expected and WITHOUT any production or packaging issues.

What a pia. I moved well before they started shipping and called/email tmr and was told tough cookies your going to have to change it with fedex. Really? It’s 2018 you can’t simply change my address? Nope once the date passes to enroll for that month that’s it. So now here I sit everyday having to constantly check if they even gave it to fedex. No worries tmr I have nothing better to do then check a website 2-3 times a day because I would hate to have you type a new address. Ridiculous
