Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. The Vault doesn’t want to release information for package #38 until everyone gets package #37. Myself, and others are still waiting.
To my surprise, the Vault reached out to me personally to tell me what package #38 will be as a consolation prize for being the last member to receive #37.
Drum roll please… Vault #38 will be Frank Zappa’s “Shut up and Play your Guitar” series. (Orange, yellow and green vinyl.) I may be forever black listed for posting this sensitive information. I don’t care. The people need to know.

Awesome this is my first, certainly not my last. TMR you guys are doing amazing/ground breaking things for both the artist and the listener. This type of manufacturer and consumer relationship is hard to find in the modern world. But you guys are doing and doing it we’ll. First vault for certainly not my last.?

Aimee, you are quite welcome for both. It is amazing how much music can sooth the soul. Calm the storms in ones life or on the other hand music can also ignite something within us like a steady stream of gasoline on a fire, filling us with a renewed passion for all that is good and fulfilling and worthwhile.
