Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. Still nothing but silence; the tracking number remains simply “tracking label created” 8/16. Except of course for the charge for the next vault package which we have no idea what it is. Oh, but I see people have been getting replacements for this for their warped records.
@Beck – totally! Today on FedEx I spotted “Shipment Facts,” which reads: ANTICIPATED SHIP DATE
Mon 10/09/2018. ||| Since Monday is the 8th and the 9th is a Tuesday, I can only speculate that my packing will be arriving through another dimension and I couldn’t be more excited about it! It’s going to be energized with electrons from the great beyond.
I really wish they’d announce 38 because I just got billed today without a chance to decide if I want it or not. Here’s hoping it’s something I’m interested in spending $60 on! Also #37 rocks, loving the energy in those shows and the great packaging (as always).
Received my package a few days ago. Everything is perfect, thankfully. Was a little worried after seeing so many issues posted here about warp/missing or duplicate vinyl. Another phenomenal package from TMR. Thank you guys for such quality products! Jack and the band are on fire on this!
To Calvin: If your information is correct I am completely excited about that prospect. Frank Zappa Shut up and Play Your Guitar trilogy is awesome news. It makes sense as the Beefheart came from the ZFT so…. fingers crossed. I’m listening to Vault 37 right now and it really cooks. Jack has a great band and he’s in great form as usual. We had to get replacement discs because the first set was warped beyond belief, but Third Man replaced them lightning fast and the replacement discs are flat and they have very little surface noise on side three so far. Excellent live extravaganza!!!!!

We just happened to hit the end of this vault’s mailing order, AimeeAmanda and Brad. But, I think the anticipation and the waiting will just make it that much sweeter when it arrives…! Fingers crossed for tracking movement tomorrow. Thanks again to the Vault team for all their hard work in putting this package out and thank you, especially, to Jack and his phenomenal supporting players for the job they do. Music is sacred.

B-for Brad….patiently waiting and seeing no movement on the FedEx site…feeling as if everyone else has been let into the party, but I am waiting for the bouncer to determine if I am properly dressed before removing the velvet rope…T-is for tapping—as in what my foot is doing in an effort to control the anticipation…it would rather be tapping to the beats being laid down by C-is for Carla….
