Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. I’m A-aron so I’m sure I’ll be the last to receive. Everyone needs to quit complaining that you haven’t received your vault thinking you’ll be the last one. I haven’t received any updates either. I’m pretty sure having your name start with two A’s I’ll be the last notified. I’m sure a lot of you will just be selling the package on ebay which goes to show your not a true Jack White fan. I’m sure the true fans who don’t try to sell their vault will just be happy to receive their package when it arrives. So let’s all be patient and wait our turn. We should all be mature adults by now. I see all the comments about shipping. My friend who’s a J got theirs. I’m an E and my tracking was updated today and I’ll be receiving my order next Thursday.
I guess I’ll be one of the last to get #37,Don’t dig getting a email stating your shipping label was created on Aug 18.It is what it is I’ll just be happy if I get records that are flat.I’m sure TMR employees will be glad when this release is over & done
Hi lovely friends! ? I also contacted our beloved vault staffers and was told “we are currently on the letter ‘E’. That means that your package (with the letter ‘A’) should be shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday.” I hope this info is soothing to the A-Es who were anxious for an update. Soon, friends. Soon! If you’ll be out-of-town next weekend like me, be sure to make package pickup arrangements with a neighbor or dog sitter just in case!

I just spoke with a very kind and nice representative over the phone and she said that they are currently shipping all of the ‘D’ orders today. She said that I should expect updated shipping information on Monday (me being a ‘C’). Almost there! I also asked her to reveal the next vault package information and she refused. She said that information will be posted next week. Fingers crossed for a FZ release. Hope this info helps those who continue to wait. Thank you and have a good weekend.
J in Oregon finally shipped yesterday. Supposed to be here by Wed. So keep checking those original e-mails!!! My last name begins with B, perhaps that was the issue? Or maybe since they had early quality issues they stopped shipping to correct said issues.
What’s the best method to alerting their customer service of this potential problem? I also have not received my Vault package. I found this customer service number — 615.891.4393. I understand I’m last on the list being a ‘C.’ I’m a new vault member so I’m not sure how to proceed. I trust everyone will be properly compensated. Have a good day!
Has anyone else not recieved any tracking information whatsoever? I haven’t even gotten a tracking number
