Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. As always, we appreciate your patience during this time!
Last name E still no tracking information ugh
I haven’t received shipping info or my package.
I just wanted to add that I am EXTREMELY happy with this package and I hope I don’t sound ungrateful. The black record still plays perfectly and sounds great. It just sucks that the TMR team puts so much effort into putting these packages together for things to get damaged by careless shipping companies. Thank you for all the work you do!
The album jacket was slightly bent from the weight of the albums sitting on top of it during shipping, and the black disc (which was the bottom one of the three) is very slightly warped from the weight of the two on top of it, and the fact that the box it was packaged in was a little too tight. It’s not enough damage to send back, however I hope you consider sturdier packaging the next time you send out a 3 LP package. I remember you once used packaging that resembled a pizza box, and it was super sturdy!
Still haven’t gotten mine but my name starts with a B and I live in the US, so I’m almost on the bottom of the send out list. I hope they haven’t forgotten about me. That would make me super sad.
Still have not received mine…
Just getting around to reading through all these comments. I was noticing a quite a few people getting mailers that had been opened and sealed shut with tape from the Facebook fan group and found that mine arrived the same way. My guess is it looks like they started checking them before they went out to make sure all the discs were in there. Mine had all the correct contents of the package, however, mine arrived with all three discs warped, the cover all dinged up from all the weight on top of it and possibly squished with the flag being stuff in there (which i suspect is also why all these discs are warped), and the photographs also had dings and bends along the corners and edges. I sent an email over the weekend, so i’ll just wait patiently for their response and hope they send replacements.
What make$ you $o quick to judge tho$e who may $ell their copy of vault #37? I mean i$ it $o wrong to $ell $omething you own? I never under$tand thi$. I’ve paid enormou$ ammount$ more than the original price for collectible$ I liked. Heck, I’ve $pent a $mall fortune purcha$ing back i$$ue$ of Third Man Vault package$. I $tarted collecting them back in June after I $aw Jack White in concert for the fir$t time. I’ve yet to gather volume$ one through fourteen. Of cour$e I paid more than the original $60 on mo$t of the$e. Many of the more recent relea$e$ you can actually pick up below co$t if you’re patient. $upply and demand dictate$ price. If you don’t like that price, don’t pay it. If I want something bad enough, I pay up. $o then, don’t let me catch you $elling anything for more than you paid. One more thing. It’$ very difficult to replace every $ with a dollar $ign $ign. Don’t try this at home.
H- just got mine today!!
I hope these warped vinyls are being recycled or repurposed and not just sent to the landfill. I have a Jimmy Buffet record made into a bowl I got as a gift, would make a nice Vault Novelty.
