Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. Maybe we all connect with someone else for a missing piece? Kinda being half-serious. LOL. For example, I have two blues and need a black. Will trade with someone who has two blacks and needs a blue. Just a thought.

I received mine in mail today (U.S) looks great, an extra white disc. I emailed vault@thirdmanrecords.com. I will send it back and hope one of you guys that are missing it will get it soon!
Why haven’t we heard a response from Third Man Records I don’t mean individually with each person I mean right here why haven’t they made a statement
Hi guys! I received my Vault today. Obviously there were some issues regarding quality control with this one. As I went through the comments here and on Facebook, I’m seeing I’m not the only one not to receive my white disc… I don’t know how they’re gonna handle this situation for it’s the first time I see so many problems with a Vault and there aren’t so many replacement discs pressed… Waiting for the 2 weeks delay before sending my reclamation but I feel like it’s going to be a tough time for TMR employees with plenty of demands to go through.

Adding to the list of people who received two blue discs, but no black one. Sent in the email to vault@thirdmanrecords.com, too. From the other comments, appears this is somewhat widespread?
Got mine early. Love it but FYI, the die cut cover had weird sticky stuff and scratches all over it. Kinda gross and mysterious!
Mine arrived ahead of expected schedule. Everything looks fantastic and I had time to play the TMRCass show today, which I was lucky enough to attend. Sound quality is like a very good bootleg recording, and is a fine document of a quick, high-powered performance, when expectations were running high for the tour kickoff at LCA. Nice to hear the BHR songs in a scruffier, rougher mix.
I just received mine today in UK, but I haven’t unboxed it yet!
