Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. It might be an idea for them to delay the shipping of the remaining packages and double-check the contents given the amount of errors. Just saying, is all. Mine sadly arrived in the UK with two blue LPs but no black LP.

Hey don’t be frantic it’s cool mistakes happen I was trying to help why not use this platform to explain what happened and send email 2 vault members to come to this platform for information one standard email for everyone and a day when TMR will explain not about the shipping but about the package itself what’s inside
@Avatar You haven’t heard a statement from us because we are working frantically to get all of these packages shipped out, and are therefore all-hands-on-deck in the warehouse rather than sitting behind our computer screens.

Got mine today. I have all the right discs but the jacket has scratches and dings and rough edges and one of the picture sleeves isn’t glued together completely and is therefore falling apart. You think there’d be some kind of protective sleeve or something, rather than a cardboard sleeve floating around in a cardboard record mailer. That is an instant equation for scratches and scuffs.
Excited about this one. Only question I have at the moment. Are the albums and standard sleeves supposed to fit in the picture sleeves? I tried and they do not. They were not packaged that way so I assume they are not.
Shipping information hasn’t changed for a week. Still says “pending” which I didn’t mind until I saw that other people were getting theirs. Also, seeing that other people are having problems, I hope the delay in my delivery is to assure my package comes properly that’s what she said
I have had a shipping notification for about a week now, and it still says awaiting arrival of item at FedEx.
