Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Seems like I’m not alone here, but my package arrived today and I have two copies of disc one (the black disc) and one copy of disc three (the white disc) and disc two (presumably the blue disc) is missing. Pretty sad quality control going on here. How on earth are they going to replace all of these incorrect discs sent out to everyone if they only press just about enough for those that have ordered? Even if they press a load of spares for any that are damaged, I bet they don’t press enough for massive errors where they get all the discs mixed up in huge numbers of packages!! I eagerly await a reply to my email!!!

I received the Vault package on Friday. I don’t know if it was just my package but the Detroit show sounds crappy. The Nashville show sounded awesome. Also, the Detroit disc skipped on both Why walk a dog? and Corporation. Maybe there was an issue at the pressing plant?? White vinyl problems? Hope I can get a replacement that doesn’t skip and sounds better. I will email Vault.

Sorry not all my message appeared! I am also missing a disc, and have 2 copies of disc 2. I will be contacting TMR anyway but I wondered what colour disc 1 was. I’m assuming black?
I have 2 blue records and 1 white, what colour was the other one (the first 1, sides A and B.
