Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. First vault package and am I weird in that I like that I’ll be one of the last to receive it? I get to drool over everyone’s pics and read about how amazing it sounds and everyone so elated when theirs finally arrives. Anticipation just building and building and building…???

Third man records need to look into quality control when packing the item. Just received two of my packages and both have two copies of disc 2 an missing disc 1. Still waiting for my other package to arrive. Anyone in the uk with two disc 1’s and missing a disc 2. Not happy as spent a lot of money ($240)on these packages. New vault check the items before sending. Will have to now buy of e-bay to get a complete package.
I Just received my package but i am missing the thrid LP (White side E & F). Very dissapointed, what should i do?
I just received the package. It’s great!! I love the Stones Some Girls style cover but the main thing is the music and obviously it sounds wonderful! Another beautiful vault package! Thanks Third Man Records!
