Yes, you heard that right... Vault package #37 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients later this week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 5th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #37’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #37 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. Good morning TMR , without telling you what to do or telling you how to drive your business (that’s not the point at all here) , I have worked in the packaging and transportation business for many years , also did some QA in a past life , and vault 37 had a packaging issue and much of people problems come from that part. Maybe it would be a good idea to hire a packaging consultant so he can point bad process and issues , and by that , find solution around it. Most of vault pack don’t need that , but some harder project seems to need it. It would be a good opportunity for TMR employee to learn some great advice and some high work ethics (wich you already have on many points). Since the packaging business has a lot of competition , it’s pretty easy to get consulting advice from long run pros at a fair price (in Canada it’s not expensive , I guess in the US its pretty much the same…)

Hey why don’t we vault members take a vote to send to tmr Cooperation to hire more people to help I feel guilty that these people are running around frantic something not right power to the working class
My blue disc has a scratch and my white disc is mildly warped but plays ok. Looking at the comments I feel lucky that I have the right discs (at least) even if one is scratched and skips. This is the first major quality issue I’ve seen with third man. The package and sounds of the album is truly wonderful.

Is anybody’s white disc sound bad on the beginning (Dead Leaves and The Dirty Ground)? I listened to the blue, and the black copies today and they sounded great.
The jacket was definitely dinged up. I am not upset, just curious. Will have to give it another listen tomorrow.
@Elena be sure to check your junk/clutter email folders. It sounds like the tracking numbers were all sent out at the same time. I got my notification email 9/20 from the vault email address with the subject line: Vault 37 Tracking Information. If you don’t find it hiding in your email, I suggest contacting them. You may not get any response until after 10/8, however.
Still no shipping label info e-mail…is this unusual? Or usual?
Everybody just be cool and hang tight until October 5. ? If something’s not right with your package, take a picture and/or video and let them know in a single email. Then chill and watch Kneeling at the Anthem DC until October 5. Then they’ll be in touch in the order your email was received, probably October 8 or later. ? If yours didn’t ship yet, get out your guitar and jam with Jack’s acoustic records until Your package arrived, which may not be until after October 5. Mine hasn’t shipped yet either, as they’re shipping in reverse alph order by first name. I am “Ai” and I ain’t fussing. You’ll get yours before me. And it’s going to be awesome. ?
