VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
Hi. I think that, as a vault member, I should get a free download code, like people who buy the “normal” album…
No need for a download code, we got a great discount for Tidal.
I use it all the time, at work, in my car, when outside, whenever I’m away from my house.
Then buy the store bought version that includes the download, Jose. Or do like I do, record my vinyl onto CD, then play it in my car. Some day TMR will use the Icarus technology and build us a turntable for cars whilst driving, unlike the days of old when turntables built into cars only played while parked. That is the technology I’m looking forward to.
I read an article that Third Man Records fired seven people From their Nashville division. Are these seven people in the photo the seven people who got fired?
i don’t get people who don’t want the download code… do you want to only be able to listen a album if your right next to your turntable? Piss off! i want to listen on my way to work too.

I agree with the other members that having a digital download option would have been good to include. In this day and age, that should be standard. The regular vinyl includes a digital download, correct, but our special one doesn’t? I’m certainly not going to be carrying my record player around with me so yea…
hi there … itˋs true that it would be nice to get a download code for all the vault members – even for real fans in foreign countries who paid 80$ for this vault packages and some times extra money at customs for tax. so i like to say also a special thanx to tmr this time because the value of the content was set so low that i didnˋt have to drive to custom to get my vault package. also i love the surprise effect with getting the shipping information as late as possible ;-)

I mean, 67 albums of great music, over three distinctly awesome bands and a solo career, he’s certainly allowed a garbage album. It’s just that he used up the entire garbage-allowance that he earned, on this one “work”.

Hopefully, between now and the 4th record, he’ll go spend some time with Mosshart, give us another great Dead Weather album, and un-fvck himself.
