VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

I love the new album and I’m very pleased with the Vault package. I’m just saying that I’d like a download code. It should be included with the new album. People are getting a download code if they are buying the new album through Amazon. Seems a funny thing to encourage people to buy through Amazon instead of through Third Man. I guess if they don’t reverse themselves on this, I will eventually purchase the CD so that I can rip it and put on my other devices. Maybe this is part of the experimental album experiment… to see just how much devoted fans will spend on this. Also, I’d love to see an official response from Third Man to this issue in this thread. :)

This Vault package is so beautiful. “If you don’t like this – I don’t know what to tell you.” I have already listened to this album over and over — and Jack’s concert that was live streamed from Brooklyn Friday night was absolutely incredible! Mesmerizing to say the least… Loved hearing the songs live. Everyone did an amazing job. Jack was in his element. Makes me love the album even more.

Love the album though! Def pre-ordered the digital version so I could enjoy the songs as soon as they dropped! That’s part of the magic.
