VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

Joel, i don’t believe it was ever intended to be a “splatter” effect, that would be more like the Icky Thump they recently did, this is much more reminiscent of the JW Acoustic limited press they did. More of a smoke swirl effect, and my thoughts are they crushed it, mine has dark brilliant blues mixed in that are only revealed when you hold it up to direct light. Well done TMR, (always enjoy a Gatefold at minimum just a subtle jab)
Quick update. Held a flashlight to it and it looks solid, dark navy blue in the light. Not splattered a very minimal effect. Thoughts?
I have seen mixed things about the It’s color. Mine is solid black and I tried holding it in the light and It stayed black. Am I doing something wrong? If not, there is a manufacturing error. The 7 inch is blue without light (though I do not know if it was meant to glow like the 12 inch). Anybody have any suggestions?
Man this package was nice. I was very impressed. However, what’s up with no mp3 download card for the album? The tracks are the same right? I don’t wanna pirate mp3s and I’m not paying for it a second time. It’s unfortunate this album won’t see my iTunes or my phone to listen in the car. It has some cool driving music too, shame. Otherwise love the album, love the design, the experience is great. Just unfortunate that I didn’t get mp3 download.
Just opened mine! Not sure about anyone else’s, but mine was obviously not plain black …and that’s before I even held it up to the light. Thanks again, TMR!

I got exactly what I paid for and I’m mad about it.
Received in Chicago. Maybe because it’s a beautiful, sunny day here, but I had no problem seeing the black and blue vinyl swirl. I think it’s cool. Job well done, TMR!
Yo TMR, no offense but $60 for a single lp, 7", and some photos is a bit much with no CD or download. I guess the photo of the coin looked like it was a CD so I didn’t bother redeeming my CD with my ticket purchase because I thought I’d be getting it with the vault package already. Now ticketmaster is telling me I can’t get my cd from my ticket purchase and I’m left here feeling a little screwed. Can you please hook me up with a CD or digital copy? I know you guys always have great customer service, but this is just a bit wrong in my humble opinion. THanks.
