Anyone else missing the 7in single? Is it inside the LP? I don’t really want to open the LP.
Joel—-Can you see why this has been so confounding to those who “know” as those who “don’t know” have been rambling on about the blackness of the vinyl….welcome to the group of enlightened vinyl spinners…we welcome you with open arms….
Joel Gibbs, I agree. It was a weird inclusion, to say the least.
I feel like a fool as I’ve already called to say my LP was black. I should’ve checked here first. It is an interesting and even neat effect for it to look black only to hold it to the light to reveal something else. I like it, but it definitely wasn’t what I expected. Now to give it a listen….
Sorry to keep spamming. Holding it in sunlight REALLY works to see the color effect.
Was anybody else completely caught off guard by the one guitarist’s see-through, visible boob shirt on the photo prints?
I’ll be damned. You legitimately have to put the light from behind and be in a pitch black room. Neato! Not as vibrant as the promo, but cool is cool. Thanks, you guys! Still kinda weird how blue the 7" is. Hmmm.
Do I need to illuminate it from the back then? (I recall that promo, but mine looks nothing like that lit from the front. It’s playing right now, so I can try it afterwards). Also, should the 7" be the same as the 12"? The 7" is blue wax, with seemingly no illumination effect.
