Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
When I got the Jack White Live at Bonnaroo vault package two years ago, it was also delivered on December 23. You guys run like a clock.

TMR in general is one of the entities I have been most thankful for in 2016, and way more efficient than many businesses. Thank you for this package and for everything you do. Whatever color your wisps are.
Nicely said, Apple_Blossom! My perspective is similar. I have been a Vault member for over two years now. TMR always does their best to deliver a quality product. In the past when they have been made aware of a production issue, they correct it by sending a corrected copy separately. OK, so the 7" isn’t blue AND red as they stated! It’s still a kick ass record to have in your collection whether it’s blue, red, clear or any other color for that matter. Thank you TMR for all that you do! We appreciate your efforts to get this out before the end of the year! I wish all of you a Merry Christmas! I cannot wait to see what Jack and TMR have in store for us in 2017!!!

Weeellll…… i have always thought of TMR as more of a laboratory from which happy accidents andq wonderful surprises emerged… i can truly understand and empathize with platinum folks wanting a quality product whether it be heavy stock paper (card stock ??) or flawless vinyl and thus i will not delay in picking up my shipment to review over the holiday for possible damages or individualized imperfections…. that having been said….ultimately the prospect of variance in any market as variety and option has always humored my sense of appreciation for the cultural relativism as values associated with the real terms of production which play out pragmatically or not so conveniently albeit the many historic twists of corporeal fate and unfathomable facts portend…. maybe a few corners were cut to get this out on time….. its possible that some presses in detroit were running in test mode with whichever colored termite splinters were handy at the moment…im still excited at the prospect of presses in detroit mind you!!!! So it goes…. i really find it a bit exciting to be a vaultie who can catch a bit of the backstory as humble commentary from the staff from time to time also as long as what i get is playable… hell… send me an orange test pressing of the City Lights single to match that badass poster i got a couple of months ago and i will enjoy how the orange splatter looks spinnin on my platter… but please….oh please …. please ….. please… lets all be thankful that this isnt like the past where you had no real idea of when a package might arrive because TMR cares enough to turn this shipment around before the new year and the obvious deluge of insanity which will be zero legal accountability in the drumpf era of tainted world government which seems set to spoil for a showdown of commercial abandon vs. human survival….. PEACE TO EACH and …. well anyways …. im trying to encourage a more compassionate view in the light of what may be some very real suffering to come given all that we know and can see or hear from around the world…. my deepest sympathy for anyone who was impacted by events in Berlin recently along with those thousands of folks who will be exposed to the real suffering of pipelines contaminating their water …..so…. Have a Happy New Year if you possibly can everyone… CHEERS !!!!
I believe they had mentioned in a later post that they are changing the sleeves. I haven’t received mine yet but I hope to get the red 7". Doesn’t seem like a bad idea to make 2 different versions. Although I agree with kali, simple black vinyl would do too. The exclusivity of the music is good enough reason.

Anyone have an issue with the City Lights side of the 7"??The other side plays perfect all the way thru but as it gets towards end of City, the needle seems to get stuck. And it’s not my needle as blue side plays perfect as well as the LPs.
