Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
My copy of City Lights was clear with Blue splatter and no red. I’m not angry. Just reporting in.
Very welcome Sup3rman…. im even more thrilled that we are always getting some fresh live sounds such as the Kills and Wm.Tyler because they are some fantastic additions to this label and to my Vault collections also …. this particular collection of Raconteurs songs is a nice combination of mood and verve as a vinyl release for me given that i dont own a great deal of their releases … im very happy to close out this year with this particular collection and wonder if i should consider a commemorative tattoo now that i am an unofficial attendee of that once in a lifetime event…. hmmmm…. maybe the snake oracle???…. i like it a lot!!! we shall see….

Holy crap, William Tyler’s set is so hot I’m amazed it’s not melting the record as it plays. Great big huge (not “yuge”) THANK YOU for including him in this package. Modern Country’s a good album, but his two live releases through you guys are t-frickin’-riffic.
Thought the guitar of Jamie sounded nice on Heart of a Dog, but the best was yet to come with Hang you from the heavens. SICK! Great quality, beautiful package and thumbs up for fast delivery before Xmas! Greetings from Holland.
