VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
The irregular oversized box for the set is my only problem. I’m afraid of wearing the yellow off the box placing it in and out of my record shelf.
Just got mine. I love it. My copy of city lights is a light pinkish/lavender colour with a few red flecks. It looks pretty cool.

Oh Canada…Live just outside of Toronto, and I am still waiting. Mind you excited as this is my first vault.
VAULT #30 arrived today. The J.W. 45 record is completely clear. The Dead Weather LP is also clear with hardly any traces of blue or any other color. The Raconteurs vinyl looks like a mix of mostly clear & light amber with scattered shades of light and dark brown patterns. Kinda like a large cirrus cloud I suppose. I’m not too fond of brown, but overall, this one is a nice set. Definitely happy with it.
Pendant hanging…Oracle all-seeing…. Teddy comin out swingin…. blue whisps and coffee swirls…. My Vault #30 has arrived to close out the new year with grit and style and sincere feelings that always get me to flash a big smile!!! Disgraceland at its finest… Hope everyone has theirs and has been lifted!

I don’t know how your shipping but I live in Toronto Ontario according to Canada post the package is in Quebec. Why did it go all the way there if it is being shipped from Detroit or Nashville? Oh well 3-5 business days until it gets here.
