Vault #26 Shipping Complete!

Vault #26 Shipping Complete!

The shipping for Vault package #26 is now complete! We want to take the opportunity to say thank you to all members for your patience as we have been shipping as quickly as humanly possible over the past few weeks.

Tracking information for international Vault members is still experiencing an issue at the moment, and we hope to resolve it shortly. However tracking information is now available for all US Vault members. If you would like details on your tracking information, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at vault@thirdmanrecords.com for further assistance.

While jamming with all the new Vault #26 goodies over the weekend, we realized, like many of you guys, that the b-side to the “Impossible Winner” Dead Weather 7” sounded a little strange. Although the label said “Mile Markers,” “Cop and Go” was blasting through our speakers.
The mislabeled B-side on the Vault #26 7” has been brought to our attention and we will make the correct 7” available to all Vault #26 active members in the near future. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on this!

If you have received your package and noticed any damages, please let us know at vault@thirdmanrecords.com and we will review and address these issues in chronological order.

And last but not least, THANK YOU! It's been a great year and we could not have done all this without you. Looking forward to more exciting news to come

Hey Michelle I sent an email over a week ago. I got a response back from Cam stating issue with shipping label. It has been resent with a new tracking number. Now I sit and wait for package I guess. Just north of Toronto so hopefully won’t be too long of a wait. Will definitely post when it does show up

still nothing. I have a tracking number that is useless. even if someone does respond back, they are just telling you what they think you want to hear. talked to a guy last monday who said he can confirm that it was shipped at that point. then got an email 3 days later saying it was ready to ship. Not sure what to think at this point!!! I get problems happen, but informing your customers is the correct thing to do. I had over $100 with the exchange rate taken off my credit card over a month ago. I would like something to show for it. TMR is really dropping the ball on this.

Sent email and finally got a response and my new package is finally on its way with a tracking number. Should get it next week. If you have not received anything yet, send an email, as it is not likely on its way.

Got mine just fine, anyone successfully applied the iron on yet? There were sadly no instructions, don’t want to screw it up!

Finally! Thank You for such a fun package. I am working on the Iron-On Transfer this week, but it will take more than a week to get it hust so! I wish I had instructions included to prevent any wrong steps. Oh Well oh well oh well!

Still waiting in Nova Scotia (last name C), fired off a friendly email to the Vault folks. Co-worker with last name A got his nearly two weeks ago. Fingers crossed it shows up this week.
