The shipping for Vault package #26 is now complete! We want to take the opportunity to say thank you to all members for your patience as we have been shipping as quickly as humanly possible over the past few weeks.
Tracking information for international Vault members is still experiencing an issue at the moment, and we hope to resolve it shortly. However tracking information is now available for all US Vault members. While jamming with all the new Vault #26 goodies over the weekend, we realized, like many of you guys, that the b-side to the “Impossible Winner” Dead Weather 7” sounded a little strange. Although the label said “Mile Markers,” “Cop and Go” was blasting through our speakers.
The mislabeled B-side on the Vault #26 7” has been brought to our attention and we will make the correct 7” available to all Vault #26 active members in the near future. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on this!
If you have received your package and noticed any damages, please let us know at vault@thirdmanrecords.com and we will review and address these issues in chronological order.

Yep, also in Canada and nothing yet. Deadline for vault 27 is just over a week away and still no sign of vault 26.
Beyond pissed. Credit card charged early October and I still wait for a package that was shipped? Then not shipped? Then shipped again? And no update since January 13th. For the first time completely upset and disappointed with service from Third Man. Hopefully not a sign of things to come
Still no package. I have a tracking number that only tells me it was shipped on Jan. 13th. Ontario, Canada

@BATMACAMBA I’m glad you’re fixing the problems, at least my package is shipping now. Hope it won’t be stuck at customs clearance for three weeks again but that’d surely not be tmr’s fault.
Btw FedEx tracking for Germany is totally useless, it only says the package is shipping.

Same problem as Michelle Newell here. Got a tracking number and after 11 days the tracking works!
If there were problems with the shipping label and some packages haven’t shipped yet, where are these packages? This article is almost 1 month old and it says all packages have shipped. And why don’t they resend them unless you send an email?
