During a quick break in Vault assembling, we came across an article from December 2015 that slipped past us. It's a ranked list of every Vault package up to #25:
"If you enjoy vinyl, then at some point you have probably seen some of the forward progression that Jack White and Third Man Records have done over the last several years to help propel the resurgence of wax in everyone’s home.
The vault subscription service was launched in 2009 and is definitely part of that movement. Once a quarter, platinum subscribers receive a package in the mail that contains a Vault LP, a Vault 7″, and a Vault Novelty. The Novelty varies from quarter to quarter and has included t-shirts, posters, concert DVDs, and many more unique items.
Given that we enjoy both White and vinyl, TFN thought it was a great idea to take a look at the last 25 offerings and rank them. So without any more discussion we present the Third Man Records Vault Packages – Ranked!"
We now know what The Fire Note thinks about past packages, so the question is: what are your top Vaults?
Jack White Live at Third Man Records!
My first vault and has a personal meaning for me.
Bonnaroo vault comes close!
I mean Vault 30 . . . damn maybe i should be taking notes. Either way Fargo Theater please. sigh
Vault 25 Live at the Fargo Theater acoustic show. . . BOOM! TMR you taking notes.
I think the £azaretto Ultra Vault was the most unique as well as exciting vault and arrived with perfect timing incudong everything a fan could ever want from a single vault release! The specialized cover and lyrics book were so much gravy with that solid set of diverse tracks and FREAKING AMAZING design innovations tossed on like so many cherries on top.. Its the one to beat everytime.. Oh sigh.. Maybe its better to say that the Next Vault is the best one yet because I really am amped for receiving this Detroit Historic one and also learning about whatever the next one is going to be!!!!!

Willie Nelson!!
Jack White live (14) is my favorite because I was there, Dead Weather live (5), then Jack at Bonnaroo (22). The packaging of the Bonnaroo is the best.
Live in London. What was that? #2? Then #1, the Mono Icky + Forever My Queen!
Definitely vault package #22. I wish I got into vinyl early enough to get this package! Everything about that package is beautiful. The concert sounds amazing and the box set looks stunning.
For music, #8 is hard to beat. But if we’re talking biggest bang for your buck, #22 Lazaretto stands above all the others.
