All Third Man Records Platinum Vault members already pay $60 (US) per quarter for their subscriptions to the Vault. Beginning today all Platinum Vault members (new and existing) are eligible to ALSO have TIDAL HiFi subscriptions (normally $19.99/month) for only an additional $5/month (totaling of $65/quarter (US) for your Vault subscription and unlimited access to high quality streams). I finally got a response—yup, the one about only getting two months of HiFi.
I also heard back from Tidal:
“We have manually applied your voucher to your account. At this time we are only offering 2 months of HiFi for $5 each month. We are sorry for this miscommunication, however if this changes, we will be sure to notify you directly via email.”
Seems we’re not all on the same page.

Firstly I’m been charged £5 a month not the $5 a month as promised, but more of a concern is the bit about this only being available for 2 months.
This really does need clearing up, seems a bit of a mess.
Well after numerous emails to Tidal support I’ve had nothing, I am already a Google Play Music subscriber and like others here I hope it get’s fixed before my trial is up.
Yeah still no response for me either…so is the whole problem we shouldn’t have signed up on Tidal’s main page but should have been directed to a voucher sign up area link?? That would have been great…hopefully we all get help by the time the 30 free day trial is over with…
