Third Man Records presents our limited edition component to the much celebrated (and Golden Globe awarded) Hateful Eight soundtrack, featuring original scoring by Ennio Morricone. Produced in a limited number of 500, and featuring many hand-made and hand-assembled elements, this is one for Third Man and Quentin Tarantino fans alike. Just check this video and see for yourself!
The included LP is two 180-gram LPs w/ all the posters and booklet from the standard edition, but with a different cover featuring our man QT hard at work on the inside fold out... The 18 gauge galvanized steel 7" box features real bullet holes and a laser etched Hateful Eight logo. The box itself contains the score and soundtrack as a 7" set (on blood red vinyl w/ black streaks) inside 8 separate sleeves featuring all members of the Hateful Eight from the film, as well as a metal noose pin and a replica of the film's famed "Lincoln Letter."

The best comment is Robert Gibson’s!!! Still laughing….
Quentin Tarantino is a talent less chancer and the best thing that can be said about this box set is that it doesn’t have a copy of the film in it! Chill out friends and wait for something more interesting to come along.
Cool stuff but only for US customers … Here in France we can’t buy it. Oh yes of course we can buy it, on ebay, when people who move to Nashville or Detroit buy 2 of them and sell it for twice… It is a really cool box and I am so sorry to say that but TMR create this parallel black market on ebay, because it is only for some lucky people, in a specific country in the world.
But really i am just a customer with no idea of the labor costs or oversized printing or casting of metal objects which are sanded and apoxied by tiny hands with six fingers working like sorcerers apprentices during the rising flood of crazy magical incantations…no idea at all
Guven the fact that Desert Gold didnt move at its price, here is how I see this collection value …. Not equal to half a Paramount Set but worth the investment of more than an Ultra Vault subscription …. Quizze does speak again!!!
Congrats to TMR for getting the contract and turning out such a cool product … I hope I can afford it but even if it turns out I cannot then maybe they wont sell out and I can save up for one…I hope… Keep up the flash and style because it makes me happy!
I would like one of those please. I don’t have a plane a train or an automobile that is reliable enough to drive to Detroit or Nashville besides I have a job and people who depend on me. How about just randomly selecting 10 lucky vault members (or eight even) to get one. No contest, no “how many vault members can we get signed up if we tell them they might get one” just ‘hey we realize you all can’t get to our stores and we realize you are all total rubes for Third Man swag, good music and original vinyl so maybe just consider it, all we want to do is be able to quote Lloyd Christmas and say “so your telling me there’s a chance” Cheers Third Man (or a contest as long as it doesn’t include singing) Also Robert Gibson makes a good point HA
TMR only has the US distribution rights on the record. There is an international version available for non-US residents on other sites.
