I hear squealing.

One week from tomorrow… still trying to not squeal in anticipation like a little girl. Oh, and could Scott Blackwood please write the liner notes for any and all upcoming Document releases? His words in The Rise and Fall are wonderful.

PS: I just did a www search for “New York Public Library” and it does look like something out of a Harry Potter movie. I hope someone (hint, hint) like Jo (Jack’s main photographer) goes along for the event and takes lots of pictures to post on this web site.

@Cathryn, I know what you mean = we all can’t help but love JW. / That chat room gets so darn addicting and I’m a painting fool right now… started out painting one room and went out and bought paint for every room in the house. I could’ve bought this new TMR product with all the paint I bought, but to be honest, I have to start my White Stripes collection yet. I bought a red vinyl 45 with two White Stripes songs at my very first Record Store Day but I gave it to a friend. All that colored vinyl is so beautiful I can’t play it on my record player with a cheap needle. / TMR is sure doing some great stuff! I would love to volunteer to work there and get the opportunity to check out everything they have hidden in all the nooks and crannies of the buildings. That would be a dream job worth not getting paid for. / I’ll check the chat room after JW’s show at the NYPLibrary. Is it like something out of a Harry Potter movie?. It would be really interesting to learn first hand from the head honcho of TMR all the details about how TMR “got-R-done” with the new Paramount product.

Have fun for those who are going :)

@CINCI – Both shows at Radio City were great – he doesn’t have to make up for anything. But so glad he is coming back to NYC. We may “confuse” him but we really do love him. Come back into chat! Have fun at Brendan’s show and let all the vaulters know about it. I hope to make it down to TMR for the next record store day. :)

@Cathryn, Glad you got my message here. That’s really good JW is spending time in NYC. He’s really making up for the “somewhat” abbreviated concert some folks complained about (I know, you were not one of them) when he was on tour promoting his first solo project. You are getting pretty lucky getting a ticket for the movie music show and now this gig in NYC where you will most likely see more of JW than those of us going to the Brendan Benson & Friends show in Nashville but it’s all good! Added Note: Save your money so you can make it to TMR for Record Store Day in April 2014…it’s only 5 months away, and time sure does fly! It will be very interesting to see what TMR comes up with for that yearly celebrated day. You will definitely want to be in Nashville for that event. :)…

For those of us unlucky enough to have been working and away from the social networks yesterday, could we at least get a live stream?

Ivana
